Explore the use of CEFR for language teaching: benefits and challenges

This workshop aimed to promote the good practice of using CEFR in language teaching, drawing upon key findings of a completed project funded by British Council. This workshop involved language education researchers as well as practitioners. During this participant-oriented and research-based workshop, participants were engaged to design and reflect on the use of CEFR for their targeted students in terms of accessibility, feasibility, benefits and challenges. The workshop shared implications of the completed project for the use of CEFR in language teaching.
